Where it fits
Before the first rep
On a heavy pull your hands quit before your back does. What's on them decides how much of the set you finish.
Chalk that goes on wet and dries to a thin, dry film — the grip of a block of chalk without the cloud, which is why it's allowed in gyms where the loose stuff isn't. A dime-sized blob, rubbed palm to palm, covers both hands. It dries to a film that stays put rather than dusting off onto the bar. Wash it off with soap and water. The 250 ml bottle is somewhere around two hundred applications.
Returns and warranty
Returns are for unopened product. If the packaging is still sealed, ask us for an RMA number within 30 days of the order date, write it on the parcel, and we'll refund the card you paid with — usually inside three business days.
Once a pack has been opened we can't take it back, so it's worth reading the dose and the description before you order. Return postage is yours, and a parcel without an RMA number on it isn't credited.
Consumables carry no warranty. If a pack turns up damaged, short, or past its date, email us and we'll replace it — that isn't a return and the 30 days don't apply.
Shipping and delivery
When it leaves
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Weekend orders go out on Monday.
How long it takes
Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Shipping is free over $50, and a flat rate below that.
Following it
You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.
If tracking stops updating or the box turns up damaged, write to support@themend.com and we'll sort it rather than send you to a form.
Care and use
Keep the pack sealed and dry until you use it. Adhesive goes off in a hot car.
One application each — none of this is meant to be reused.
Stop using it if the skin underneath reacts, and don't put it on broken or irritated skin.
Keep it out of reach of children.
