Heat.
Pressure.
Time.
Every tool we sell is one of those three. The rest gets you to the bar, and through the night. Arranged by when, never by what it costs.
One session, four jobs
Most people own three tools and use them in the wrong order. Heat first, then pressure where it hurts, then long strokes to move what you loosened, then stay still long enough for it to hold. The bar below is drawn to scale.
Before it, and after it
Two more answers to when, and neither of them fits on a twenty-minute rule. One lasts a set. The other lasts all night.

A tool you have to charge, update and log into is a tool you stop using
Everything powered in the shop runs on its own buttons. No phone, no firmware, no subscription behind a paywall, and nothing that quietly stops working when a company shuts a server down.
What you get instead is a printed card in the box with the four phases on it, and a dose on every product page — how long to spend, and where.

If you own nothing, own these
One tool from each phase that matters at the start. Skip Warm — a hot shower does that job. These three cover the rest of the session and will still be in use in ten years.

Before you buy anything
Still stuck? Tell us where you're tight and we'll point you at one product, not five.
Ask usI only want one thing. What should it be?
A firm foam roller. It covers the biggest muscles, needs no charging and lasts forever. Add a ball set when you find a spot the roller can't reach, and a massage gun when you want the same work done faster.
How hard should this feel?
Uncomfortable, never sharp. You should be able to breathe normally the whole time. If you're holding your breath, you're leaning too hard — ease off and stay longer instead.
Do I need all four phases every time?
No. Twenty minutes is the full version. On a normal day, pick the phase that matches how you feel: sore and stiff, warm and work; heavy legs, flush; wired at night, settle.
Does any of it need an app?
None of it. Everything powered here runs on its own buttons; the rest is tape, chalk and foam. Nothing pairs, nothing updates, and nothing stops working when a company shuts a server down.
What if it isn't for me?
If it's unopened, ask for an RMA within 30 days and we'll refund the card. Once it's been opened we can't take it back, so read the dose and the description first. Faults are separate: two years, repaired or replaced.
