Where it fits
The eight hours after
Twenty minutes is the short part. The long part is the eight hours after it, and this is the shelf for those.
A small strip across the lips, on last thing, so that your mouth stays closed. The adhesive is deliberately weak — strong enough to hold all night, weak enough that it comes off with one pull and that you can open your mouth straight through it if you need to. A folded tab at one end means you're not picking at an edge at 3am, and a slit down the middle leaves a way through. Thirty strips, one a night. Skip it if you're congested, if you've been drinking, or if anyone has told you that you might have sleep apnea — talk to a doctor first in that last case.
Returns and warranty
Returns are for unopened product. If the packaging is still sealed, ask us for an RMA number within 30 days of the order date, write it on the parcel, and we'll refund the card you paid with — usually inside three business days.
Once a pack has been opened we can't take it back, so it's worth reading the dose and the description before you order. Return postage is yours, and a parcel without an RMA number on it isn't credited.
Consumables carry no warranty. If a pack turns up damaged, short, or past its date, email us and we'll replace it — that isn't a return and the 30 days don't apply.
Shipping and delivery
When it leaves
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Weekend orders go out on Monday.
How long it takes
Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Shipping is free over $50, and a flat rate below that.
Following it
You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.
If tracking stops updating or the box turns up damaged, write to support@themend.com and we'll sort it rather than send you to a form.
Care and use
Keep the pack sealed and dry until you use it. Adhesive goes off in a hot car.
One application each — none of this is meant to be reused.
Stop using it if the skin underneath reacts, and don't put it on broken or irritated skin.
Keep it out of reach of children.
