Long strokes and compression, over more of the muscle than the point work reached.
A firm roller with a raised grid surface and four vibration speeds, switched from a button on the end cap. The grid gives you edges and hollows to work against rather than one flat face, and a single charge covers several sessions.
Returns and warranty
Returns are for unopened product. If the packaging is still sealed, ask us for an RMA number within 30 days of the order date, write it on the parcel, and we'll refund the card you paid with — usually inside three business days.
Once a device has been opened we can't take it back, so it's worth reading the dose and the description before you order. Return postage is yours, and a parcel without an RMA number on it isn't credited.
Faults are separate from returns. This carries a 2-year warranty: if it arrives broken or stops working, we repair or replace it, whenever that happens.
Shipping and delivery

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Weekend orders go out on Monday.
How long it takes
Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Shipping is free over $50, and a flat rate below that.
Following it
You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.
If tracking stops updating or the box turns up damaged, write to support@themend.com and we'll sort it rather than send you to a form.
Care and use
Charge it fully before the first session — the charge it ships with is enough to try, not enough to finish.
Stay on muscle. Off bone, off joints, off anything that is bruised, and off anything that hurts sharply rather than deeply.
Keep to the dose printed at the top of this page. Longer is not better; more often is.
Wipe the heads down after each use. Sweat is what kills the surface, not the pressure.
